I just want to say the service my loved one received from the staff was exceptional. First of all, I booked at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me. I was unable to travel in for the hospital visit and it was stressful to not be there. The two attendants were so kind to my loved one. They took good care of her , seeing that she was registered and on time for both procedures and then they got her back safely to her long term care home. She told me how nice they were to her.
