I recently accompanied my mom twice to an appointment using transportation. I was very pleased with the drivers and the other people who accompanied us. They stayed with us for the duration of the appointment. They were very mindful of the pain my mother was in. She required a stretcher, which made the transfer more comfortable. They provided great care from the time they picked us up to the time they dropped us off. I would highly recommend using this service for anyone requiring this type of transportation.
Used the service to transport from Guelph General Hospital to Waterloo Regional Health Network. The transit crew were amazing and helped make the trip so much easier. A special shout out to Sunny and Gurbeer who we’re kind, considerate, and always happy to help with anything we needed so big thanks to them.
I am the patient who was transferred from GGH to the Grand River hospital in Waterloo. The folks were amazing in care, service and accommodating any need or ask. The folks helping me their names are: Sean, Sunny, Craig, Gurbeer and all were professional and pleasant.
