I’ve been going to this salon for over six months, and honestly, I’m really disappointed with how they handled my last appointment. Their policy says you have to cancel 24 hours in advance, but I asked to reschedule about 20 hours before because I wasn’t feeling well. They still said they’d charge me a late cancellation fee and that I could only rebook after paying it. Haven’t even had my nails for 10 days and already all lifting. And I have to pay to get them all fixed and only given a 50 percent discount on 5 nails fully lifting off my nail bed
I went there for the first time to get a shellac manicure and Lesa did an amazing job, my nails never looked better. Definitely recommend!!
Such a great experience at One Touch. Everything was clean and Anna ensured that I was happy with my nails each step of the way. I would highly recommend one touch!
