Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Communication was rude, and they took my keys but failed to return them as agreed, leaving me locked out of my basement. The apartment was not fully cleaned, and to make matters worse, they were carrying a vape in hand despite the building having a strict no vaping or smoking policy.
