Please fine a real mechanic to work on your car. Has had my vehicle for over four months two months ago stated that he put the wrong motor in the car now he doesn’t want to respond and I have had my car motor out in his garage just sitting there we had words about fixing my car and he wants to ignore After after I have paid him over $1000. He's a lousy mechanic. He doesn't do his job properly. He doesn't offer a warranty. He's a liar and doesn't do his job properly, leaving it defective. I don't recommend him.

Has had vehicle for 5 months. To fix a transmission. Give him $2300. Every time we call he has an excuse. Hurt leg , sister bother cousin died. Very unacceptable, Very disappointing.

Desmond Higgins is the most unethical person I have ever met. He had my vehicle for over a year to do a timing chain. I gave him my deposit and about 6 mounts later he became difficult to reach, there was aways an excuse with him. He began to start lying about my vehicle and when he would be at his shop. Hard to communicate with, phone calls are never returned or answered. As of November 12th he stated that my vehicle was stolen, again this man never said a word about my vehicle until I pressured him about picking it up. Ple... read more

Desmond is a beast when it comes to fixing any problems you have. Not only did he fix my vehicle, this man picked me up, took me to get the parts, and drove from pike to mabavale cutoff to fix it outside and did it in record time. This is my 3rd time using this place and I've always had a great experience. Real talk. No gimmick. If your car is f$#@#$ up try Desmond at One Touch and watch what I tell you.
