Be ready to wait all day and be directed to endless dead ends. Its obvious why so much unpermitted work goes on in this town.
By far the worst experience thus far. We have been waiting for permits for over 3 months now. The city has the worst paper work and review prosses i have ever experienced. Not only do they not accept electronic documents but if they fail to scan something incorrectly and reject your permit. You have to pay an additional fee and they have no desire or recourse to credit you back the amount of money that they're going to charge you. You should expect a minimum of 90 days for a permit to be completed. And to be charged not once... read more
