Super confused how we have to pay for garage parking, our guests will get towed if they aren’t properly signed in but when it’s Pride this building lets random people use our guest parking lot for free. I guess the sign is just for whenever they wanna implement the rules. I tried to have guests over and they couldn’t even park in my own buildings guest parking lot which is absolutely insane. This apartment complex is going so far down hill it’s not worth anyone renting from One Ten Grant. 5 years ago I loved this place, and it’s in a great location. Something has changed in the last year or so and only problem after problem, without management caring or responding. This winter I went 5 days without heat during nights with -12 wind chills.
