The building is old and with that comes inherent problems. Overall, the staff does the best they can given their resources, although communication between office management and the residents is at best subpar and very selective (will communicate about some issues but not others). This leaves the residents in the dark and causes unnecessary frustration. Location is prime.

Super confused how we have to pay for garage parking, our guests will get towed if they aren’t properly signed in but when it’s Pride this building lets random people use our guest parking lot for free. I guess the sign is just for whenever they wanna implement the rules. I tried to have guests over and they couldn’t even park in my own buildings guest parking lot which is absolutely insane. This apartment complex is going so far down hill it’s not worth anyone renting from One Ten Grant. 5 years ago I loved this place, and it’s in a great location. Something has changed in the last year or so and only problem after problem, without management caring or responding. This winter I went 5 days without heat during nights with -12 wind chills. I went months without hot water and was told no one was complaining, even though I know my next door neighbors were complaining. Now I have a black spot growing from a water le... read more
