This place is bad for Amazon deliveries. The staffs I've met so far aren't friendly. The black lady and skinny guy in his late 40's or early 50's are extremely rude! Most of the customers or tenants here are not thoughtful as well, because in their Amazon delivery note most of them keep saying to either look them up in the intercom for them let us in or to go through the locked through, but so far since March 2026 to today 4/17/26 I have not been able to look them up in the intercom (I think management either hasn't updated ... read more

This place was so great when I moved in. It has gone so downhill. With amenities like the swimming pool and the "Continental breakfast" (which has just been donuts for years, and has now stopped) being cut, to way more drastic things like units being flooded and management dragging their feet to do anything about it, even moving a resident into a unit that didn't have a kitchen. One of their faulty window repairs almost took off the head of one of our cats when the screw came loose and the window slammed down as she looked a... read more

We’ve had dozens of burst pipes and inconsistent heat, but I’m actually posting this because it’s been a whole month and management still hasn’t informed basement storage users that all their stuff is covered in mold. Current residents: if you have stuff in B1 or B2, it is likely unsalvageable. James Baker/Bianca Fine/Fine Associates LLC have given zero indication that they will comply with the orders from the city to remediate this.

The problems with the building are not good, but the cherry on top is the lack of communication. Doesn't matter what the issue is, fire alarms going off in the middle of the night several days in a row, the elevators being shut down unexpectedly, a pipe bursting and filling the lobby with steam, the basement storage space being filled with mold, no email whatsoever. We had a leak in the building on Christmas that flooded multiple apartments, and to their credit they had people out that day to start getting things dried out. ... read more

What a disgusting, money hungry, company. The building is filled with black mold. Constantly felt like my health was deteriorating here. The apartment flooded twice, which destroyed my bed and couch. When I finally had enough, I decided to break from my lease early. I tried to fight for compensation and now they’re charging me 2 months rent equaling about $2,900. How sick is that to not care about people. To let anyone live in this building is absolutely evil. They need to fix the problem before anyone gets seriously ill.
