Blame the patient. Blame the insurance company. Take no responsibility. Because I couldn’t get in to see my regular doctor, I went to UrgentCare for a rash I needed cleared up asap. The doctor was pleasant enough and I was able to get some meds that helped the issue (not completely, though, and it did return). The issue was the billing. Then the complete absence of customer care. When I went in, I asked how much the visit would cost and was quoted a number.
