I’m telling ya, these ladies KNOW what they’re doing!!!! I’m a first time pool owner and they’ve tested my water samples, recommended what I’ve needed, and NEVER taken advantage of me or sold me things that I didn’t need!!!! YALL ROCK!!!!

Rudest person I have ever spoken with! I called this morning and asked if they had bioguard algecide because it was recommended to me. The woman who answered said she didn’t carry that brand then proceeded to list off the products she did have and how concentrated they were. I explained that I wasn’t sure the difference between the concentrations and she immediately snapped at me and asked me what I typically used.
