Working with one stop was amazing! The supervisor we had was attentive and really made my kids feel safe! Ghislaine was on top of adressing and reassuring any concerns i had. I would 1000% recommend!
My family and I were absolutely outraged by the unprofessional service provided by Ghislaine. Not only did she cancel our confirmed appointment (a 2 hour session) one hour prior to our visit, she was admittedly "too exhausted from partying" the night before to attend our session. To see a supposed professional behave so irresponsibly is incredibly ignorant. Furthermore, the notes she had taken during our first meeting with her contained false information. One Stop Parenting was there for me and my family right off the bat. Always available to take a phone call or text and allowed me and my children to have some (much needed) time together in the most natural way possible. Ghislaine and Madeline, I am forever grateful for your services thank you so much!
This program really allowed me to trust that my child was safe and doing all the correct things while visiting the other parent. Ghislaine was especially helpful and figured out every little issue I ran into, which weren't many ! Overall great experience ! Would recommend.
Ghislaine was perfect with me and my son, During our supervised visits. She is very responsible and attentive in her work. I am grateful to have found someone like this to help us in this difficult time.
