I came in with my family on a Saturday afternoon and it seemed like the two guys working there were more interested in the basketball game than making me feel comfortable. Customer service was non-existent (except to the pretty young girl sitting at the counter). Also, I as much as I hate businesses with the "tip jar" at the cash register, I optimistically put a couple bucks in there...to see if I could at least get a "thank you". You can guess what happened...the guy, noticing that the money went in, didn't even look at me.... read more
If you want to support a mom and pop shop this is definitely not the place to do it.. Not only are they disrespectful but they also have associates who lie and make their customers feel unwelcome. Stick to GNC You'll have a much better chance receiving better customer service. Using vulgar language while children Are in the store and calling customers liars is the icing on the cake
