Despite the long line of people, the service center do provide some walkin. Staffs were nice!
The receptionists all of them just sit there and talk to each other while the phones are ringing. They dont answer any calls. Then if u ask them they lie and say they are busy. Mind u they all have an attitude. Hire some younger ppl who cares
Very poor experience at One Stop Medical Centre. I had a 2:00 PM appointment but was still waiting at 4:00 PM with no proper explanation. Extremely disappointing time management and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.
