If I could give zero stars, I would. No one answers the phone. No one replies in a timely manner and trying to get an appointment with the doctor is almost impossible. We are switching doctors and I can't even get anyone to transfer our files over. I do not recommend this Medical Center at all!!!

Doctor Van is my family doctor and he's really good, he has helped me for 10 years, he's a really good doctor and very smart, he can detect the sickness of people very intelligent, he's polite and friendly, he's takes great care of sick people..Thank you doctor van .
Doctors and reception are fine, but appointment system is cruel. It does not matter reserving a specific appointment time, you will wait an hour+ anyway. I could understand if this happened once in a while, but it is the norm. They manage to send emails, texts and phone calls for appointment reminders, putting a display in the waiting room clearly telling where you are in line would provide some transparency on how they are managing appointments and at least allow people to go stretch their legs.
