I have had to double press at home ALL THE SHIRTS I HAVE EVER LEFT THERE again . I asked specifically light starch extra attention to shoulders and collar. After two trys. They do not press the shoulders , the collar or across the upper back. Get ready to double press every shirt. I’ve been usin One stop dry cleaners for over a year now, and they always hook it up with top-notch service. Their turnaround time is lightning fast, and the staff is super friendly and pro. I have been using One Stop Dry Cleaning for almost 4 years. I have brought in the most difficult cases and they have come through with flying colors. The staff is friendly and always willing to get my garments taken care of in a timely manner and in the particular way I like my clothes done. Thank you ONE STO CLEANING!!!!
**Update**: They reimbursed me for the shirt and reached out to apologize. They are very disorganized and lost an expensive shirt of mine. I attempted over a year going in more than 4 times to get an update on my shirt. Every time it was either an excuse, asking me if I didn’t actually take it with me, or empty promises to replace the shirt. Not to mention every time you go in someone else is manning the desk and they don’t communicate with each other, so the problem is never resolved. Do not take your clothes here.
