The shop looks super clean and organiced, you can tell they really care. I dropped off some shirts and a suit, and everything came back fresh and nicely pressed. I’ll def be using them again.

Have used this place several times to hem the same pant. Can not recommend them anymore. I received a pair back with a butchered hem. When I took them back they were responsive and going to redo the hem. Upon picking I was told that they had already done one hem and if I wanted to fix it I would have to pay for another.

I was desperately driving around looking for a place to iron a dress for a wedding the next day. I called One Stop and spoke with who I believe was the owner or manager. She kindly told me to drop it off and assured me it would be ready the same day. About 30 minutes later, I called back to let her know not to open it because my husband had already taken another dress to be ironed somewhere else. She told me it had already been ironed but still refunded what I was charged and said I could pick up the dress anytime. Truly ama... read more

The worst dry cleaning ever. I took them a new shirt, worn once, that was expensive. They completely damaged the shirt and would not take responsibility for it. They also committed to returning a shirt by a timeline and did not do it, they returned it to me completely dirty without being washed.
