DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT AC UNITS INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!! My units were installed in my new home in 2017, not only was it done incorrectly, when I called them to ask them to make right what they installed, they only switched the covers to the units to make it look like it was done correctly. When I called them and told them I was still having issues, they said the location in ************ was closed last month and they no longer had a tech that could come out to the home. Very good, prompt service. Had emergency call in on Friday night, actually got a person on the line who took the info and relayed to proper department.A little after **** a service rep called to confirm the request and scheduled appt for that afternoon. He arrived by 1 pm and took care of problem albeit with a temporary motor until the correct one is ordered and arrives.Overall outstanding service.

We had One Stop replace our condenser unit, air handler, and all duct work. ***** was our primary installer. He organized the work in such a way that we were not without AC , except when he was actually replacing the condenser unit and air handler. **** was another installer called alongside to help due to the scope of the work. Both ***** and **** were respectful and pleasant. Both were hard workers. I never caught them slacking. They did the job in excellence and cleaned up after themselves. Scheduling was really easy and we were able to get a maintenance visit in only 2 days. On the day of the appointment,***** showed up and did the required maintenance and took the time to explain a couple things. He was courteous, professional and friendly and gave us confidence in his abilities.

I wasnt expecting that only one person would show up to do the job. ***** took care of business from the start to finish. Hes patience, attention to detail and very respectful. Would highly recommend.
