Not to sound like the typical outstanding review, but if the option to give more than 5 stars was available, I would absolutely do so! Lucky for me, I live a few miles away, but wouldn't hesitate to travel any distance to take my car back to One Stop. From the friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff (especially Mark in the showroom), to the attention to detail to make sure that your vehicle is taken care of...this is "One Stop" you must make! Great service, very friendly and understand crew here! Definitely a place to get all your audio needs! Also they got my subwoofer and amplifier installed within a short time of me calling and basically just walking in. Highly recommended and the only place I will get my cars accessories done!!
Im VERY pleased with taking my car to ONE STOP CAR AUDIO.. I first met Mark and he said drop my car off when I told him the problem with my stereo and he was extremely nice and professional.. He said i may not even need a NEW stereo and didnt push products one or try to sell me anything... He kept in touch with me and continued to do all he could as well as explaining with what he was doing while my car was in there care.... I live almost an hour from One Stop. I have never thought twice about going anywhere else. I have had over a dozen vehicles and each one has been worked on by these guys. Work ranging from full vehicle tint, wheel upgrades, stereo systems etc. basically everything. They are perfectionists with window tint. I love this place because I have never had one issue with any repair. They always stand behind their work and will fix anything that is not perfect. I brought in my 2016 STI for window tint and the job wasn't perfect, but was good enough for me to not have to have anything redone. My girlfriend brought in her 2012 Fiesta afterwards and it was a terrible experience. One Stop broke two trims pieces on the rear doors, the rear view mirror was somehow loosened and shakes uncontrollably, one rear quarter window looks absolutely horrible because there is so much dirt under it, and the edges of the rear window are lifting and were never applied. One stop is the best when it comes to the tint, rims and SOOO much more. This is the only spot that I will let touch my car with no worries at all. Knowing that they will go above and beyond.... When I first got my car (2015 Kia optima ex premium) this was the first stop I made. And they work fast to. And above all else the prices are the shit.. this is one car spot where you just can't make one stop. Trust me you will come back. LOVE YOU GUYS
