I got stuck waiting 7 hours there for an install to be done. Not a word was said to me why it was taking so long. At the end of the day, (literally) it was made to be my fault and instead of $500 for the install he charged me an extra hundred. I don't know why I wasn't aware at the time, maybe because I was worn out and annoyed that I was being charged extra after such a long wait, but I just got my credit card bill and I see I was overcharged even over an additional $100. Good for nothing Bad everything Not happy at all
met them at the ac car show. tried 4 times to contact them. they didn't respond blows my mind . they spent money to have a booth and didn't follow up on a 4 thousand dollar sale. lucky for me i didn't take it there
Found out later it was cheaper for the remote start on their grouping even though in store they said that was the lowest it would get (black friday). Wasn't too upset about that, it was only about 50 bucks difference. Then they charge me 80 bucks to have a second key made, because I have key a and a clone of key a, no key b. Well they installed the key a clone, that they said has a battery in it, and wouldn't work in the bypass module. That and the ground wire for my stereo system parking brake bypass was removed. Excellent work. They got an off road light inside my Mazda CX-5 bumper, and did a bunch of over work to both my cars. High quality and able to think outside the box.
Excellent service...from management right on down to sales and installation. I drove almost an hour to have work done to my automobile and will take the trip again when I need more work done...thank you One Stop!!! �
the best remote start! such a fast and quality service! they explained me everything very polite and with patience ! i highly recommend that shop! very reasonable prices too!
