RecommendedDid an awesome job on my car that got crushed by a light pole that caused 7,000$ in damage couldn’t be happier with their service!
Took our truck in November 12 for an estimate and got the go ahead from our insurance. Several calls to Hayes and yet we were still waiting for the repair. December 12 at 3:45pm, I stopped in for an estimate on a different vehicle and questioned what was going on with getting our truck done. I was rudely told by the office guy that he was busy with an order and I needed to come back the next day. I didn’t get any answers on our truck. After two months of waiting I finally went down there today and they still couldn’t give me an updated estimate on my car. I’ve made multiple attempts on calling them and They tell me oh “we will give you a call back” no call back. So Dale is going to give me a call back supposedly let’s see how long this takes not bringing anymore more vehicles here again. Go else where!
RecommendedI was driving on the freeway and suddenly needed help with my vehicle! I was on a long road trip. I was concerned I would be detained a long time. They were the closest professional auto shop. I believe it was Raphael Osorio who helped me, without question, without any waiting. He fixed my car in 30 minutes! I gave the workers a tip but it really wasn’t enough. I am so grateful. Thank you a million times!
I picked this place, because my insurance company suggested this place. I have dropped my car off twice, picked my car up twice, both times assured that everything was fixed correctly. It was not. I now have to go back a third time. Very disappointed at the quality of work. Nobody does a final check/quality review to make sure your car is in the same condition it was in before it was dropped off for service. I cannot recommend Colby enough. They helped me when my car was damaged several years ago, and now that they do maintenance as well, I never need to go anywhere else; my whole family goes here. Just the most wonderful, honest, kind, people to do business with.

RecommendedI picked up my 07 Honda Accord that had a terrible scuffed up back bumper a badly dented right side fender and a front bumper that was sooo badly beat up that Auto Tech had to put me a brand new one on. I was so excited to see the awesome job they did on my Miss Goldie!! She looks brand new! The price was out of pocket for me and they even gave me a discount! Thank You so much for a fabulous job David and the workers there!! Auto Tech ROCKS!!!!
