Fast service - but false advertising ( $20 for flat & sign says $10 )
This was a terrible experience with the customer service here. I called to fix an issue with my tire, and the guy kept hanging up on me instead of properly assisting me. I completely understand if your busy, but a simple courtesy like putting me on hold or informing me of the wait time would have been much better than being rushed and dismissed. As someone who works in customer service, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect, that was completely lacking here.
Unorganized and unprofessional. Couldn’t get a spot to park in the bay and there’s no one directing cars. So people will just cut in front of you. This place needs a manager who cares.
I would give them a zero if i could but , i went to get a used tire for my car to hold me until my new tire come in . So they basically tried to sell me a used tire with a nail in it . We say some and they gone say “ its a used tire bro” ok first off that dont mean it need to have a nail in it. So if y'all get y'all tires here , might wanna check it before they put it on . Their customer service is HORRIBLE!
