We visited the lot today ,and the person in the office did not greet us or acknowledge our presence in any way even though he saw us and passed us on multiple occasions while we were waiting patiently. We saw he was speaking to another customer but common courtesy such as "I will be with you in a moment" or any type of gesture, especially from a prospective buyer, should have taken place. It was not until we were leaving that this person spoke to us and in a rude manner on top of the whole situation.
