They are currently under review by the better business bureau for rushing a drunk drivers car off of the street before police could arive. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! This isn't a business it's a ghetto playhouse.
I took my 2013 car for minor body work with hopeful expectations. After getting car back a noticeable defect appeared in the paint.Returned car and manager agreed to repaint area and then gave us the runaround for several weeks until we decided we would be better off finding a shop that was more reliable and would stand behind their work. Sad to say but One Stop is not that kind of auto body shop.
The body work was terrible, the paint had runs everywhere, and my trunk was filled with bondo! . It's so unorganized inside when I came to pick it up. I had to take it to another bodyshop worst experience ever!!!!!
