The guy who used to do our lawn sold out to one step. We used them for one season and our lawn is in horrible shape. Has never looked worse.
Extremely disappointed. Used One Step this past season, lawn has never looked worse - grant it I understand that sometimes it will take a season or two to get some difficult areas under control. My last straw - I called 2 weeks ago- 9/15 to schedule fall aeration and reseed. Was told it was too late in the season, and the work could not be scheduled or completed. Incredibly irresponsible to be spraying lawn chemicals when the wind is 14mph.
Reached out to get some expert advice to look at the health of my lawn and was told “that is outside our services” totally blew my mind seeing thats all the website talks about. Anyone else have any where else to go to?
Some of their employees are just plain rude and disrespectful.
