Place looks clean and the staffs are nice. Thank you Kameka for helping with the move in process.
I submitted my application on 4/29 and paid $500 holding deposit and $70 application fees. Soon I received an email from leasing agent Kameka saying that they had decided not to honor the price in my application. She offered a new price which was a drastic increase from the one I applied to, and promised to issue a full refund of the holding deposit and application fees if I chose not to proceed with the new price.
