None of the electric vehicles charges are working for over a year now. I’ve followed up more than 50 times (literally) by now…there’s just no progress on it. I’m just completely helpless living in this place. Nothing but problems and no one that can actually fix anything.
This place really needs to start caring for their residents more. They are towing cars even though they are the ones responsible for the technical issues that lead to the towing. I reached out a few weeks ago to the parking permit company to ask to get a parking permit. my experience over the last month is that this business is abandoned. i have messaged them, called them, and went to the leasing office during their advertised business hours. no one answers in any of these situations. i was looking for a place to lease. if this is how they treat you when they're trying to get your money, i can't imagine how bad it is after they got you stuck in a lease.
