Although Justin came the same day when I first called him to repair the furnace, two days later the furnace failed again with the same failure. So I again called him and I asked that he not charge me another $75 for the house call (and $75 to replace a filter and nozzle) since he should have fixed the furnace the first try around. (Furnaces are very simple mechanically). He said he would do right by me (whatever that means) and he made an appointment to make the second house call on 3/2/2016.
