This tiny agency is a mess! Their owner, Brenda and her assistant Jessica are either completely overwhelmed or just do not care to ever respond to calls, emails or notifications. We have spoken with others who tried using One Source Management for their properties and they too complained about their horrendous management and complete lack of communication.
