I bought a 10,000 truck with 164000 miles on it, also bought the extended warranty. Had to replace all the front ball joints and tie rod ends with new A arms to start with then at 167000 the transmission went out, warranty covered 3/4 of the transmission, $4200 then at 171000 miles the motor shit the bed!! $8600 for a new motor so my $10,000 truck turned into a $25,000 truck and only 4000 miles!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!! Rating is a -5
This place is a rip off! I went with my brother to purchase a vehicle. After a wonderful experience with Erik Slaughter, one of the owners, we happily drove the 3 hours home only to find the the vehicle fluid levels were EMPTY, ALL OF THEM WERE ALMOST BONE DRY! We were lucky to have gotten the vehicle home. After taking it to a mechanic we were told it would be a $3,000 fix to keep the car on the road. $3,000 fix on a new to us car right out of the gate! I would highly recommend not going to these guys for a vehicle purchase. I wish I would have checked the reviews online before I even thought about buying a vehicle from them. If you want terrible service and an extended warranty that will refuse to cover anything go to One Source Auto, I am sure Don the sales manager will oblige you.

If I could selected 0 stars, I would have. The service department tightened my wheels so tight that they broke my hubcap and it when flying down the road. Not to mention, Cliff our sales guy made us feel obligated to tip the service tech for switching our wheels. My husband told then the battery was zip tied in there yet it wasnt fixed And then 3 days later the car broke down and left us stranded 6 hours from home. This place is horrible! Don, the sales manager, has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't honor their word or services performed. I bought a vehicle here and a warranty, but the sales manager this last time told me he won't okay for it to be fixed anymore AT ALL due to their cost... It's still under warranty! This was right after they refused to replace the faulty brand new catalytic converter they put in that had been causing issues since they put it in 2 months before!
