Called this company with a toilet issue at our vacation home. We live in Alabama. They sent a plumber and was supposed to let us know the problem and estimated cost of repair. We were never notified but was sent an invoice for $759. The camera and door lock at our vacation home showed the plumber was there for 19 minutes total. The bathroom with the clogged drain pipe is about 10-15 feet from the septic tank. OVERPRICED. I called and complained about the excessive cost and they reduced it to $459. Very Friendly, easy to talk with. Knew what was best for my Guinea Fowl's shed. For their lighting, heating in winter, & fan for summer. David, Justin & Brandon did great! Happy G's !!!! Tracy happy also !!!

Light/fan combinations still working well. Charlie performed a light fixture repair, which was completed in record time! He also taught me about LED replacements for fluorescent bulbs and how the ballast in the fixture is no longer needed with the right LED bulbs. Not only will the new setup save me money on electricity, but it also reduces maintenance and eliminates another component (ballast) that must be replaced periodically.
