We had asked another company to send a service technician to come and look at our air conditioner that wasn't working but, they failed to actually fix the problem. Thankfully, ONE Service Pros dispatched Jamall T***r to my house. Not only did he find the problem and fix it quickly, he was professional and courteous. Will absolutely recommend Jamall from ONE Service Pros to anyone I know for their air conditioner needs.

I had trouble with my home HVAC unit. Booking the appointment was easy. The tech, Jamall, showed up on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. I'd recommend One Service Pros and Jamall.

I had a burned wire in the attic and Wire and conduit had to be replaced. Totalling ***** After that I experienced flickering lights and the refrigerator quit cooling. Called them back out. Said it was the kind of light bulbs used and charged ****because it was a new problem. The burners on the stove worked but the oven didn’t. Called them out again. One service Pro of Seymour, Tn were very prompt and courteous. We needed a kitchen drain cleaning and we were amazed that they could do it within 2 days of of our first call to them and this is during the Thanksgiving week too! The person they sent was knowledgeable, friendly and seems to have done good job so far and he did cleanup thoroughly after him. Pricey? Maybe though not sure. -MM

The electrician for One Service Pros Charlie Pierson was a smart choice, He assessed our issue and had it corrected within 28 min. Technician Dakota visited first and was able to refer the correct option for us. He contacted Amber, Scheduling Director, and she immediately prioritized our issue to Charlie. Very satisfied with his performance. Both Dakota and Charlie are very good with their customer service and we felt we were treated fairly, honestly, and got the best option to correct our issue. Called this company with a toilet issue at our vacation home. We live in Alabama. They sent a plumber and was supposed to let us know the problem and estimated cost of repair. We were never notified but was sent an invoice for $759. The camera and door lock at our vacation home showed the plumber was there for 19 minutes total. The bathroom with the clogged drain pipe is about 10-15 feet from the septic tank. OVERPRICED. I called and complained about the excessive cost and they reduced it to $459.
