Hello, I am reaching out to express my profound disappointment with the condition of unit 1406. We had expected a much higher standard of quality for a condo on 30A, and unfortunately, this unit has not met those expectations. There are several issues that need immediate attention. First, the broken threshold between the hardwood and tile has caused us to scrape our feet, which is quite painful and hazardous. The facility is dated. The location and view are the draw. Staff is kind and helpful. Our accommodations were dated as well but seemed clean enough and had necessary kitchen supplies.
