Atmosphere, service, and food is phenomenal.
OK. Where do I start on our experience at One Rare Steakhouse yesterday. We arrived shortly after 4pm and were the first ones in the restaurant. Immediately after arriving, it was nice and quiet but for some reason they put EDM on a what must have been last night midnight’s dance party. I tried to get someone’s attention to lower it a bit but the staff was arriving one by one and were greeted by the employees. Needless to say, we were ignored at the bar. I attended an event here, so that may have impacted my experience, although I don't think it should. This is a nice restaurant. My three star rating is primarily for my steak. We had several good options to choose from but since this is a steak house, I went for the NY Sirloin. I ordered it rare. It came with a little red stick in it confirming that it was intended to be rare, but it was closer to medium than rare.
