Best gym in Miami! You have to come try it! They have 3-day passes! I love the classes. The trainers are very competent. MMA classes for kids (self defense) and adults. Boot camp and boxing classes, nutritional guide and much more. They have different class schedules. I promise you this gym is not like the others, this one is unique.
