I've lived here for 2 years now and it has been a great experience. The building is nice, and it is cleaned regularly. The staff are all very nice and when I did have a need for the maintenance crew a few times, they were here timely and always fixed the issue.
Jane is the property manager and she has always been helpful with making sure any requests get done and always very courteous. Thank you Jane!
Continental Terrace apts through One property management is an awesome place to live,the best place ever.The staff is so nice and the neighbors are the best!My patio door went off track and the maintenance guys Randy and Josh replaced the whole thing with a new door , screen and panels.They are the nicest guys and so friendly,they went above and beyond there duties putting plastic on my ceiling and tarp on my floors to try to prevent making a mess.And they cleaned up afterwards.I will be recommending One Property management ... read more
I WAS going to write a great review about my time at Continental Terrace Apartments. That changed this morning with one rude phone call and an extremely entitled attitude from the woman on the other end of the phone. I notified my apartment back in February that I would be moving and my lease started for my new apartment on May 1st. I asked over email if I would be able to stay a few extra days (until May 4th) to get things moved and clean my current apartment.
