Robin was absolutely awesome! She is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly cares about both the apartments and the tenants. On my very first day, she helped me set up my rental insurance, and when showing me the apartment (after I had already signed and paid), she made sure everything was in perfect order. She even asked maintenance to replace something on the stove that she noticed herself, without me having to say anything.
