I WAS going to write a great review about my time at Continental Terrace Apartments. That changed this morning with one rude phone call and an extremely entitled attitude from the woman on the other end of the phone. I notified my apartment back in February that I would be moving and my lease started for my new apartment on May 1st. I asked over email if I would be able to stay a few extra days (until May 4th) to get things moved and clean my current apartment. I absolutely loved living at Jacolyn Corners! The units were beautiful and the manager for that property was the nicest, most helpful person. I cannot recommend these apartments more!
I lived at the Continental Terrace apartments for 8 months and had a great experience! Management was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process as well as providing any maintenance needed. It was clean, a good area to live in, and all for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!
I stayed at the seasons view apartments in Marion for 3 months and have loved my time in the apartment. I had a 1 bed 1.5 bath unit with a full kitchen, big bedroom, living room, and dining area! The size was perfect and the price is VERY competitive. Lastly the area of the apartment complex is amazing, everything you could want is within walking distance and the apartment complex itself has a very unique and nice common area. 10/10 would recommend.
