Absolutely love One Point Hospice! I am an Executive Director at an Assisted Living community and have had the privilege of seeing first hand the amazing care and compassion this team provides to their patients and families! One Point Hospice was truly a gift from God as we began to say our Goodbyes. They walked the difficult daily walk for over three months right alongside us with extreme love and caring services. Our family could not have rec’d better treatment. Tracy was so compassionate with my dad and immediately took us thru the process explaining the steps. She was so responsive and caring beyond our dreams. We nicknamed her Sunshine as that is what she brought into the situation. Communication with the other team members was similarly outstanding.
