My PCPs office manager mistakenly sent my wife's home healthcare services referral to One Point Health Services instead of the company I had vetted and requested. That turned out to be a terrible mistake! This company should not be on any insurance company or Medicare/Medicaid list of approved providers. Being diabetic and a charkot foot patient. I am constantly battling daily. July 3rd 2023. I was admitted to the hospital with pnuemonia, blood infection, and a massive foot ulcer. It was not a good day. After some time, I was released to go home under visiting nurse care. Something that I never had that experience, and had some concerns.
