Best place to live in Broward. Hands down. All the extra amenities are worth the extra money. Being right off 595 make life dealing with traffic super easy. Plus all the new one plantation shops just walk to whatever you need.
Six months ago this place was spotless! Looked clean, smelt clean and the staff was great! Nowadays it looks like they mop with dirt water, fingerprints have yet to be cleaned from the elevator, there is an ongoing smell throughout hallways and elevators. Air doesn't seem to run in the hallways anymore. Then there is the gym....good luck if you can get more than one treadmill to work. It seems as if nobody gives a crap about what us residents are complaining about, because nothing has changed! What's the point of our key fob... read more
