Took my jeep to One Planet for maintenance. They were very knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable.
Long overdue review for John and Business. I brought my Jeep in for a full brake job (calipers, rotors, pads, and lines) after being quoted about $1,000, which was significantly less than the dealership. The work was completed in two days. When I picked up the vehicle, it had to be jump-started. Within a few miles of driving, my brakes failed and I was unable to stop normally. Drove by the place a few times and figured I’d stop in with a quick Wrangler question. Told me to go away and call next week for an appointment, no thanks.
I took my Jeep Gladiator in, and John went out of his way to fit me in. He was super patient explaining what he was looking for and why. Hooked it up to the computer, tested the Jeep, and wouldn’t even accept payment. Made me feel like I was part of his family, really kind and caring. He made sure I was taken care of and was honest with me the whole time. If you want a Jeep expert who’s trustworthy, he’s your guy! I highly recommend this place if you want the job done right.
John's the best. He did everything and more! Very accommodating, GREAT service.
