My wife and I took our 2008 Sahara with 235,000 miles into John with a miss firing engine. John did a fabulous job of diagnosing the various issues that we had behind the check engine light that has been on for many miles and years. He also got rid of the miss firing in cylinder #4, the jeep is running great. We are glad to have met John, we are sure to be back to him as we continue to drive our Jeep to our goal of 400,000 miles.
OnePlanet4x4 is the only Jeep service anyone should go to. John is extemely knowledgeable on anything and everything Jeep related. He also has the patience of a saint and is very thorough at diagnosing and explaining the workings of my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. Cheers John!
John was very helpful, straightforward, and fixed my issue quickly. The cost was great, and he was really easy to talk to. He even took the time to help me out before he was officially open for the day. Highly recommend!
I didn’t go in to the shop directly but I was having issues with my TJ and the engine over heating. I took it to a shop and they tried to tell me I needed a new engine, then lowballed me for the car. It was fishy so I brought it to another shop. In a panic I called around some Jeep specific shops to get some advice and happened to call John.
