I have called left several messages for the office regarding availability, no one ever contacts you back. Not vert professional.
The residents of One Penrose Place are mistreated. There is no regular maintenance staff and the manager only comes to the office one day a week and only sees residents by appointment making access to management very difficult. The so-called clubhouse has vending machines that have been out of order for years. The bathroom in the common area has been closed for months. spoke with “Cindy or Sydney” I complimented her on how professional her intro WAS when answering the phone and she said nothing back then Kept talking over me after I asked Leasing questions then proceeded to rush to put me on hold I had to hang up won’t be leasing here for my grandparent .. staff already too rude to even get pass the first conversation customer service course is needed for this employee
