RecommendedThe neighborhood is everything an urbanite could want. Walk everywhere! Gorgeous apartments. Pick your view! The staff is 99% amazing. Neighbors quickly become friends. You can look at every highrise in downtown- but move here!
Moving in was such a breeze and the staff could not be any more helpful and kind. Anything I need, they'll find a way to make it happen. The place is spotless and having a grocery on the first floor can't be beaten. The apartment is brilliantly laid out to give you the most storage and living space, the place just flows. If you have a pet - you can't get better than Discovery Green park. We looked at all the best places in the loop and OPP beat them all!
We love living at OPP. We wish it was an option to buy our unit because we definitely would. Everyone has been incredibly kind, courteous, professional, helpful and all around wonderful.
I received a tour of the property from Alex. Alex was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of this beautiful property!
One park place Luxury High Rise is just 2 blocks from one of the best barbershops in downtown Houston "Red's Barbershop " located in the tunnels below the First city towers building stop by and get cleaned up on your busy week. ..we are fast and professional with many years of business specializing in any kind of hair or any kind of cut you name it we can do it ... I love this place! I didn't expect to still be renting after 4 years, but it is hard to leave. The amenities, the location, having Phoenicia downstairs, the staff, the residents, having Discovery Green across the street and the peace of mind to be able to lock and leave when necessary. Best of all, I met my husband here and we get to continue our story together. Highly recommend One Park Place. It's tough to beat!

Love the staff, love the residents, love the view, love the Phoenicia and their staff and yummy food, love the elevators working, love the nice Valet guys, love the location, love the planned resident events, love the pool, love the coffee, love my balcony, love my neighbors, love that my guests don't have to pay to come see me... so far, I'm obviously loving my new home... it is with much gratitude and pleasure that I have become part of the 1PP family... I can't imagine finding a better place to live in Houston...
