Was working on obtaining capital. Asked for my bank statements. I provided them as requested and was told they weren't the proper bank statements. My bank provides CVS statements and they needed PDF. I told them I couldn't provide the PDF statement and that CVS statements were what I could provide. I was told to go to the branch to ask for the PDF statements. Though, the branch will only provide me an excel print out. Cancelled my request for funding because it is impossible for my to provide the file type they want...what l... read more
