I have lived here for going on 10 years and it has been a great experience. The facilities are well kept, the area is safe, the neighbors are quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is adjacent to the Papio trail for biking or running, and within walking distance of the One Pacific Place shopping area. The I-680 offramp is just a few blocks west, making it a quick commute to anywhere. The facilities have an excellent workout room, private movie theater, and pool.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years and have had such a wonderful experience! Amazing management and attentive maintenance. The amenities are such a nice bonus as well!
We've lived here now for three years and living here has been the best apartment experience we've ever had: Open and spacious units, the grounds are kept up beautifully, management is attentive and kind, and maintenance is always responsive. Amenities are top-notch with a theatre, social space, gym, sauna, pool, pickle ball court, and indoor parking garage.
Great place to live , been here 7 years and love it. I love the central location.
