Had a truly great time at one and only. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful and patient. I found the one on the second dress and was so happy that I found it there. Compared to a few other places I went to, one and only bridal felt like they truly cared and wanted to help you find the perfect dress. Anyone thinking about coming here should definitely do it. Yes you have to pay for parking in the parking garage but it’s not that bad and your car stays cool in the shade during this heat so don’t let that deter you from this amazing ... read more

Avoid One & Only Bridal. Parking is a hassle & costly. The shop is very cold and unwelcoming, both in temperature and style. The fluorescent lighting is stark and unflattering. Selection is definitely better at other places. I'm revolted to think we had to pay $40 for the appointment. With so many places to choose from in Orlando, this place should not be on anyone's list.

This is a bit of a lengthy review with a couple parts involved. To start this was the first shop I went to, to find my perfect dress. I was obviously very excited and personally a little nervous because there’s a lot of emotions leading up to finding THE wedding dress. I had been to their previous location when my sister was getting married and I loved it, I hadn’t realized they moved locations, but I do like the new location as well.
