Meh. Nothing special. Pulled pork was tender. Three sauces to choose from. Two are hot. The other is more of a sweet sauce. The sweet sauce was bland. The mac n cheese side was a small serving and nothing special. The deviled eggs were good, however the serving described as 4 eggs was actually two. The service was apathetic. Never came to offer drink refills or check if I was satisfied. Only stopped back to sell me dessert. I have had far better BBQ and seevice at other BBQ joints in Memphis.

Those were the best ribs that I've had in a long time. Absolutely delicious!!!
Tried them out the other day. Both the shoulder and the ribs were very good. I had the ribs dry and the were ok but I liked them better with a little of their hot bbq sauce. The fired were excellent. Shoestring style and crispy. Wasn't crazy about the beans. They pretty much tasted like canned pork n beans with a couple bubbles of shoulder thrown in. The staff was very pleasant and the service was quick enough. I'd recommend them, just don't go with a group. Seating is pretty limited.
Great food, great service, small seating area. The folks at Once and Only are top notch, and the food was delicious. Had ribs and Cole slaw. Would be even better in warmer weather to sit outside. I will go back when I am in town
