The dry rub is full of great flavor and then you add BBQ sauce. It is so good. The fries are seasoned well and I recommend that bananna pudding for dessert.
The ribs were maybe 7/10, the twice-baked potato side was 8/10, and the beans were 3/10 (tasteless... like they had come straight out of a can). I'm also less than enthused that the total for 2/3 of a slab of ribs, two sides, and a Coke was $20+ dollars before tip. The amount of meat for the money is far less than at other BBQ restaurants in the area. I used to be a vocal supporter of the One & Only restaurants, but the food quality has slipped and it's a bit pricey for mediocre food.
We were driving through Memphis, and decided to try this place out for some good ole Memphis BBQ- now this place blew away all expectations! You walk in and can smell the smoke coming from the back, smelled so wonderful our mouths started to water. Sat down, were greeted by a friendly and helpful waitress.
