I went in, to this location, to pick up a to-go order I had placed a few days earlier for a gathering we were having. Unfortunately, due to a severe storm, they had no power and didn't have my info to call me ahead of time. Prince was so sweet and called in my order to another location! Now, all my family knows that I love One and Only bbq because it tastes so good but I love their customer service too! They have a customer for life!Β

The best BBQ in Memphis! We were told by Memphis residents visiting The Botanical Gardens there that it was amazing BBQ. The banana pudding is wonderful and the staff was kind and friendly!Β

The best BBQ I have ever had. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable over the menu and local beer options. Can't wait to come back to Memphis and eat here again. I just wish I could have bought a shirt to show off at home.Β
Smells like what I assume heaven smells like (never been there π). Brisket was mouth-meltingly good, Mac and cheese was more cheese than mac (always a good thing) and Miss Rhonda, our server, was AWESOME!! Might eat there every day while I'm in town.Β
Amazing!! I wish I skipped breakfast and last nights dinner so I could have indulged in more of this food.Β
