I had so much fun buying my gravel bike at One on One. I also brought my commuter in for some adjustments. I thought I would have to leave the bike in the shop but they fixed it on the spot and the charge was very reasonable, $8 (since then I heard repairs are $1 per minute). I live in the neighborhood and I highly recommend this bike shop. It's very convenient with great service, and why not make some friends along the way? A special thank you to Gene O. and Andy for everything.
Took my bike in for a tune up and, despite being a bit intimidated by the obviously very knowledgeable staff, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall friendliness to 'noobs'. I would HIGHLY recommend One on One for any type of service including purchase. That one $20 tune up earned them about $1000-$2000 in new business as I plan to purchase a new bike in February and will absolutely visit again for not only insight in what to buy but to actually buy!:) Thank you!!❤️❤️❤️
