Simply amazing! I haven’t owned a bike in a long time, and I was anxious about the prospect of buying one during Covid. But these guys helped me every step of the way! They were knowledgeable, extraordinarily responsive, and quickly got me everything I needed, keeping me updated on everything. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. I know nothing about bikes and I did not feel talked down to or like I was being sold something I didn't want. **Edit: The shop and employees are dog-friendly! My dog gets excited when we walk part, so sometimes we go in so he can sniff and see if the shop dogs are around.
Nice friendly folks. There is always somethin new there but not necessarily what you went in for.
