We order some food for an event from One Oak kitchens and had an absolutely amazing experience. The service was professional. The quality of the food was exceptional and the overall experience was amazing. This definitely will be our go-to place to order. Amazing food for any of our events. I honestly don’t even know where to start — this catering service was a complete disaster. The food was horrible. Some dishes were cold, others tasted old or undercooked, and nothing looked like what we were promised. For the ridiculous amount of money we paid, it was an absolute joke. I’m extremely disappointed with the catering service we received. The food was poorly prepared — some dishes were cold, others were undercooked, and the overall quality was far below what was promised. For the high price we paid, it was completely unacceptable.
