I went in yesterday to get a wash and style, initially showing my own photo for styling reference. As I did on my own, blow dry roller set for that bouncy blowout look. I was told they can do it but with a straightener since they claimed my hair would fall down with blow dry. (Although all the hundreds of times I've done my hair blow dried it holds for days). Kim was amazing. I was a very last minute customer today looking for a trim and she did exactly that- she got rid of all my damaged hair without cutting it too short and was so kind! She even gave me a nice blowout. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely be returning. Everyone in the salon was super friendly too
