This is by far my worst haircut experience. I went there for a simple scissor cut because I just wanted a long hair to look more neat. Kevin made my hair so short that I look like samurai now. I even told him beforehand that I want to keep its natural look and make a bun. But now that’s impossible. My hair is long on top and super short on the sides and looks so so terrible. Fourth time coming here. This time I didn’t book an appointment as this was a last-minute thing, but they had availability and accommodated me quickly. Very helpful staff - they know what they’re doing and guide well. There was some difficulty understanding at first.. But the owner/ reception guy is easy to talk to. It takes time but the end results are quite satisfying :)
Best haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Excellent service.
I asked for a wash and blow dry straight Kevin gave me a double cleanse and a treatment mask as well as relaxing head massage. My hair came out so silky and straight I am happy 😊
I’m always happy with the service and outcome of my haircut here! They take their time so it doesn’t feel like they just see you as a number. Been going for years and plan to continue! Thank you
