Do NOT live here. This place is a JOKE. People that work in the building are really nice but management is the absolute WORST. They will try to rip you off anytime they can. There are plenty other options around the area, from a person that lived there for three years I can highly recommend to NOT move into this scam of a place

Building is falsely marketed, has construction issues that cause problems throughout the building, the worst management of any luxury building I've experienced in 30 years who uses deceptive and corrupt practices to deceive tenants. Understaffed, unsafe, choose anywhere else.
Anyone else currently living in 1N4 experiencing sewer gas entering their apartments? It’s been an ongoing issue for the last year with management taking no serious actions to fix. I have been told others are having the same issue, if you are please message me.

I was living there for a year. 2 days after I moved I got 3 deliveries. I called the women that works in the Package room ( Stephanie)and told her that I will come to take them and please keep them for me. I came the next day and she told me that she sent all of my packages back to the person that sent it. It’s ridiculous!
