RecommendedCan't recommend OneNine Sports Med enough! My sisters have been going to see Dave for years. I recently came in for some persistent knee pain. I'm young, grew up playing competitive volleyball and have stayed active since, but this pain was limiting my range of motion. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in with what my GP though might be a torn rotator cup. Tracy determined that it was not that bad and through some exercise and rest, I was back 100% within 2 weeks
I love the hand on approach with Tracy. She gave me her full attention and deep massage to get my muscles to loosen up. I was unable to stand/walk for more than 20 minutes and Tracy worked my muscles & has given me stretches to do at home. I am back to doing things I want to without pain. 5*s and highly recommend her if you need help.

It is a nice low key environment & good location for me. I like the one on one I get with Corey for a full hour. There is background music which I like & access to the personal training gym attached. It has a healing environment & I leave in a good upbeat mood! Corey listens to my needs & gives me what I ask for in that hour & she pushes me harder each week & adds new exercises. I feel like a get a lot of personal attention here!
This place is amazing! Dave and Tracey helped me with my back pain. I always thought you had to have a doctors recommendation to go to physical theory, but you don’t. I was in such agony! I mean I could barely walk and Tracey eased my pain day one. Very close knit community of people who work there, such lovely people! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of any treatment.
