I love this place! Krystal, the phlebotomist, is absolutely amazing at her job! I didn’t even feel the needle! She remembered me and my notes and makes getting blood draws so quick and easy! I also see Dr. Walker-Connor and she is also absolutely phenomenal! She makes me feel heard and helps me so much with everything. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Very helpful medical staff
This was my first time using One Medical, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. At my appointment, I tested positive for Influenza A. They gave me a bag of medications and sent me on my way. I got home to take the meds and realized the bottle was empty. I called, and they said they would fill the prescription, but I just tested positive for Influenza A, felt terrible, and did not want to drive back. Ellis Beardsley is the best, she is so fun to talk to during what can be an uncomfortable visit. She was honest and straightforward, and was so caring and kind about everything. She makes me wish I needed her services more frequently than I do
