I went there for my first visit and saw Dr. Poling. After that, I scheduled another appointment, but then Medical One canceled it for training purposes, so I rescheduled the appointment and showed up early, because I'm always on time, waited for 10 minutes, and then was told by a receptionist that my appointment was canceled. I did not have any blood tests for five years from my previous doctor.  Moving to  One Medical for Seniors, Dr. Dadari prescribed a number of blood tests which revealed several medical issues.  Some of the issues have been resolved and some still linger as a result of old age (85).   I have had five doctors rotate in and out of the Greenway office.  Everyone has been professional, empathetic, friendly, and have helped me along a recovery path.  I can't count the number of NP, RN, PA and other attendants that have rotated in ... read more

No communication if you are not in the office. I have tried to call several times about a problem and you get somebody from who knows where and they try to call the office to no avail and so they suggest leaving a message to no avail. I have tried this several times with no response and I even stopped by the office and my coach told the receptionist she would call me. Still no response. Here is a medical facility that boasts about its personal attention to senior care but One Medical is owned and run by an out of state corporation and operates as one. You will find how little they really care about you personally when you to try to resolve one of their billing errors. Your problem will be passed around among the office departments locally. Months later you will end up dealing with an out of state corporate team of incompetents that will pass your issue around their offices for another several months. I know... read more

Profits over patients. It's like having a second insurance company denying you care. They up-sell and under-deliver. Owned by Amazon. Started with them in 2018 and it was just a total deterioration over time. There are plenty of other options.

Horrible! If a primary care physician, doctors office, medical care provider or any services provided by a primary care service provider is required by you or anyone you know please research this horrible organization and not waste your money. I was recommended to One Medical by my spouse for the ease of booking appointments, medical advise, prescription refills and every service that you would typically expect from your Medical Provider. Simply Awful. I needed an MRI and the doctor made the referral. After a week in pain I'd heard nothing. So I started messaging them to find out what was happening. They never replied. I eventually got someone on the phone and they hadn't even bothered to call my insurance company after a week. Do not trust these people with your health.
